Russ Farwell shares how his love his job since day one. He tried out for a junior hockey team in his teens, played one game, got the trainer position and worked his way up through coaching, general manager in both the WHL and the NHL and is now Vice President of Hockey Operations at Seattle Thunderbirds Hockey Club.
Russ shares how humor has been so important in his career, along with pranks, having fun and keeping his staff happy.
