The Pimmโs Cup is the favorite cooler at Wimbledon. The first Pimmโs Bar opened in 1971 on the hallowed tennis grounds, and itโs still enjoyed today by the pitcher.

โข 2 ounces Pimmโs No. 1
โข 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
โข Ginger ale, to top
โข Garnish: cucumber slice
โข Garnish: mint sprig
โข Garnish: strawberry
โข Garnish: lemon wheel (optional)
โข Garnish: orange wheel (optional)

1. Add Pimmโs No. 1 and lemon juice into a highball glass over ice, then top with ginger ale and stir briefly to combine.
2. Garnish with a cucumber slice, mint sprig, skewered strawberry and optional lemon and orange wheels.
