The Mezcal Sour has become a very popular drink over the last decade but it has a rich history that goes back centuries. Your Two Girls do not have a rich history or really anything rich. This episode is free to listen to so your Two Girls will never be rich. But you can feel rich sipping a Mezcal Sour.
Mezcal Sour Recipe:
· 1 ½ oz Mezcal
· ¾ oz Lime Juice
· ½ oz Agave Syrup
· ½ oz Egg White
Preparation
· Dry shake ingredients
for 30 seconds. Add ice and briefly shake to chill. Double strain into a coupe glass.
· Garnish with a Dried Lime wheel
