Lifestyle Choices During Isolation 

Want to know how to improve sleep during this time?  I am not sure how to begin to answer that question, but I give it a solid effort in this part two of the six-part series.  

In this episode, discuss the impact that the pandemic is having on our sleep cycles.  I ask you to accept this disruption as part of the process of life during a time of chaos and uncertainty.
