My guest this week is a guest whose work I have been following for a number of years: Erwan Le Corre. Erwan is the godfather of natural movement, and if you have known me for some time, he is partially to blame for why I run around barefoot, lifting logs and stones, balancing on fallen trees, jumping across creeks, and crawling along trails. Just watch the Youtube video titled "The Workout the World Forgot," and tell me that doesn't look like fun! Erwan Le Corre is the founder of “MovNat,” a synthesis of his long-term passion for real-world physical competency, his love of movement in nature, his extensive knowledge of Physical Education history, and his personal philosophy of life. He believes it is everyone’s universal and biological birthright to be strong, healthy, happy and free. He calls this state of being our “True Nature.” (bio taken from MovNat.com) You can learn more about Erwan and his movement program at MovNat.com. You can also follow Erwan on Instagram @erwanlecorre
