He shares a favourite book called “The Overstory” which is a novel written about tree communication and is mind opening fiction. He also talks about his academic peers in Greg Graffin (Bad Religion) and Dexter Holland (Offspring) and the riffing of ideas and how their studies shape their music, adaptogens, plant medicine, plus a natural remedy for all those singers/screamers out there.
