Sunday morning at 11:00am is still the most segregated hour in America. Churches across America are perpetuating many of the racial problems in the United States. We gather together, worship together, "do life" together and eventually become each other's best friends. Because of the segregation within churches, this can create communities of people who only have meaningful conversations with people who look the same, believe the same, think the same, vote the same and have similar experiences. The segregation within the church knowingly or unknowingly continues biases, stereotypes and discriminations outside of the church.
