Proverbs 27:17; 1 Corinthians 12:12-27

It is very hard to be a Christian all by yourself. You need the Church and the Church needs you. Paul envisions the people of God as parts of a body. Each of us have a gifts and talents that are meant to be used together with the other parts of the body to accomplish the mission given to us by the head (Jesus). We also need each other to grow in the practice of our faith. This sermon will explore the importance of being present and active in the church. The "I am a Member" sermon series is all about what it means to be a member of a church, particularly Good Samaritan Anglican Church. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for the other parts of this six part series.
