We all need a break sometimes. But it is hard to take a break if you don't have anyone to back you up. This is the situation that the prophet Elijah found himself in, and it is the situation we often find ourselves in if we don't raise up leaders to help us. This sermon explores some of the reasons why we fail to raise up leaders to back us up.
