This episode explains the foundation and purpose for my podcast. I discuss the benefits of listening to this podcast and how I hope to turn the my experience being caught “in the middle” and learning how to negotiate win/wins. With having had success capturing these valuable lessons I will dive in my personal life and professional life and site how this sort of thinking can help our politics and religious leadership regimes bring much needed civil rest to our planet. I will also seek to share ideas and some of the wisdom I have been fortunate enough to acquire through many failures. I hope to capture a following and listenership large enough so that we can bring the ideas and thoughts on problems as well as solutions to our problems to our politicians. Lastly I want to provide content that can help aspiring entrepreneurs to increase what brings success and decrease what brings negatives to an operation.
