Welcome to a lovely new YYFM series of personal histories. Each episode will feature an interview between Menna from the Valley View Care Home, Cefn Hengoed and one of the residents, as they talk about their lives. For the first one, appropriately scheduled to go out on St Davids Day, Menna chats with Lynn, a bubbly and interesting person with lots of great stories to tell.
