Jan 19th 2021 "bright"
——The stars in the sky are so bright-
It makes it hard to sleep at night-
When I can stay up and see this delight-
Occasionally noticing a satellite-
Or a plane on an evening flight-
I truly want to stay up until the morning light-
I know that would give my sleep schedule a fright-
I have to give the sleepys a fight-
To stay up under the stars and write-
But really now against my spite-
I have to do what's right-
And get the sleep I need tonight-
