Prior to CSU, Philpott, Jr. has worked at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Northwestern University, McKendree University, Parisi Speed School and multiple high schools across the Chicagoland area.
Philpott, Jr. also served as an active-duty Marine in the United States Marine Corps prior to college.
