Hotworx, a growing fitness franchise, has threatened to take legal action against Vetted Biz!
Hotworx alleges is infringing on its trademarks among other claims.
Hotworx has issued Vetted Biz with a cease and desist letter, ordering the company to stop using its trademarks immediately. Also, that what we call hidden fees are not actually hidden.
Hotworx isn't the only franchise that has taken issue with Vetted Biz but others simply write an email or call us.
It's unclear what Hotworx's ultimate goal is in suing Vetted Biz...
