and Stephanie teamed up to create Harvest Goal Collective in December 2022, a
unique accountability community exclusively for women. Harvest is the only
virtual support network that focuses on members' personal and professional goal
achievement in a non-judgmental group setting. They help women of all ages and
in all stages, and from anywhere in the world, take control of their goals by
bringing them together in highly-focused support meetings. Leaning on the
wisdom in the groups, Talia and Stephanie have developed a truly meaningful way
to create connections among otherwise strangers… for accountability support,
networking and friendship.

Co-Founder Talia Schneiderman
Talia
has a BA in Art History from UC Berkeley. For 10 years, she was a parent-child
teacher at My Gym, and later became Operations Support Coach in the franchise.
She has been an acting teacher at the Baron Brown Studio in Santa Monica, a
health & wellness coach, and most recently started a small business
inspired by her grandmother, selling vintage wares at a small shop in Ventura.
She is the mother of two young children and is inspired by making connections
with others.

Co-Founder Stephanie Exner
Stephanie
is a UCLA Psychology alum and has helped start multiple small businesses since
going rogue from corporate marketing in 2007. That was also the year she
started her family and today has four kids, ages 11, 13, 15 and 18. Stephanie
co-founded Harvest because she needed an accountability group herself, to help
her focus on what was next in life, after kids…! Her spare time details: Steph
owns and manages a rental property in Arrowbear, CA and maintains a thriving
neighborhood compost hub in South Pasadena, CA.
