Episode 1: Brittany Spohn
Brittany is a senior at Coweta High School and she plans to attend OU in the fall. She plans to pursue a career in the medical field, specializing in the care of children with special needs. She has a passion for making others know they are loved.
Brittany has volunteered for several summers at a summer camp with special needs children through an organization called Champion Special Ministries. You can check out their page to find out information on how you can volunteer with this organization.

Brittany's daily verse that guides her to love others is 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. She feels that this not only applies to how to love others, but how to love ourselves.
The book that Brittany recommends to readers is Uninvited by Lisa TerKeurst. She shares how this book helps with feelings that permeate the high school students today of not feeling invited by others into various activities and social media sites.
