Heather Meadows is a wife, mother, author, speaker, blogger, nurse, friend, faithful follower of Jesus. Heather shares her story from how she began speaking to youth 20 years ago to speaking at conferences. Her core message is that everyone has value.

 
Heather's book, Transforming Tragedy, tells of the motorcycle accident that she was involved in at age 7, leaving her older brother dead and her burned over 87% of her body. She writes about living through the physical and mental healing from the accident and her struggles with body image and being enough. Her book can be purchased from her website or Amazon. 

Heather talks about parenting, raising teens, being in the weeds, living with social media today, and making real-life connections. Our conversation gets real and honest about the joys and struggles facing parenting today. 
Heather discusses our brokenness and being brave enough to try. We discuss books that Heather recommends, such as: Boundaries, Raising Grateful Kids, Best Yes, and Everyone Communicates, Few Connect. 

 
Heather shared her life verse as Romans 8:28 and she strives daily to live this in her life.
