Ritesh has built software engineering expertise in Retail Data Science and IoT over two decades of work. Passionate about equity and inclusion, Ritesh has previously led an LGBTQIA+ employee resource group, been an HR DEI practitioner, and co-founded assistive technology and DEI consulting firms. He has a master’s in computer applications and holds a US Patent for an invention in the field of Radio Frequency Identification.
