If you want to take up an entrepreneurial journey and want some ideas and motivation, this episode is definitely for you. Watch out. Srikanth Acharya, started a company 17 years ago just to make the world believe in his April Fool prank, which he played with a handful of his friends in early 2005. Hardly a year into his first job, at Infosys, as a software developer, Srikanth never knew his world would change so dramatically just in a few months after April 2005. Since, then Srikanth and his organization, OffiNeeds.com, have seen some great times of growth and some devastating times as well, including the last pandemic. But they have learnt to survive every storm of challenges in their journey of 17 years. And then thrived to the next level of growth. During the conversation, Srikanth Acharya shared his personal experiences of building a start-up from just an idea and how they have built it to a level of 100+ employees and a very profitable business model now. Srikanth has also shared his vision of how the organization will grow horizontally and vertically in the coming years. He also shared about his new initiative, called the Employee Engagement Academy, where he brings many HR professionals onto a platform to discuss about the current topics of Employee Engagement and its importance. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to Srikanth in the conversation, and hope you will enjoy our discussion as well.
