Wadhwani Foundation has a mission of creating millions of high-value jobs through various pro-bono initiatives in skilling, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Over the past two decades, we’ve worked with governments, educational institutes, and corporations in 20 emerging economies across Asia, Latin America, and Africa.
The Wadhwani Opportunity Initiative: Empower students to acquire and progress in family-supporting jobs through free-of-cost skills training courses where they learn sector-agnostic employability skills and sectorial employability skills. The learning delivery is experiential and focused on scenario-based simulations, progressive methodology, employee-centric content, analytics to the last mile, and 24×7 digital assistance. Wadhwani endeavours to integrate skilling with shop-floor training & enable employers, vocational trainers, and academic institutes to adopt employability programs. Wadhwani Opportunity has supported 2,00,000+ learners so far in 14 countries.
