One can change the course of the career post-12th grade or even post-graduation and post graduation also. But that would be wasting one's own time and limited resources as well. The competition is intense, hence, it is important to make an informed decision about your child's career. Traditionally, Parents in India and Indian parents abroad are glued to only a few career options for their children. This webinar was to address the issue of career selection, keeping in my how the world is shaping up and how that has an impact on the future careers. A Choice should also consider the individual's Personality, Ability and Interests and not just academic excellence in a particular subject.
