Dogs - who doesn't love them?...and who doesn't love these adorable canines featured in an animated film that tackles themes of propaganda, political assassination, and pet genocide? Look, as fucking weird as all of this sounds, Wes Anderson oddly makes it work in this gorgeously animated dark comedy that features quite an incredible ensemble cast from the likes of Bryan Cranston, Edward Norton, Bill Murray, Jeff Goldblum, Scarlett Johansson ,and far too many more to name. Another thing worth mentioning is we're drinking an amazing french toast-flavored stout from Roak Brewing called 'Devil Dog'. Highly recommended from the both of us.
