In this particular episode they discuss the beginning phases of programming when someone is just starting out working out. They go over how to create a SMART goal and determine how many days a week you can commit to working out. From there they go in depth about exercise choice, type of program template, rep ranges and how to progress. They also describe their current routines in place and compare to what type of program they first started with.
