In this episode I’ll be speaking with Rob Issem. Rob is the founder of the Virginia Endurance Series. The VES is a series of races that include a lot of different MTB and Gravel races around Virginia. I recently signed up for one of Rob’s races called the RockStar. This is actually a grand depart style event and is broken up into 3 separate races. There is a MTB, gravel, and a road ride. I will be completing the road ride.
