Going beyond the basics of spirituality often begins with curiosity. This episode was inspired by a question I was asked on Instagram recently “how can we tap into inspiration and energies beyond the basics”. I loved this because it led with curiosity. In response I spoke about being aware of being in growth loops, where you aren’t in fact growing. I offered 3 ways to begin to play with expansion as your natural state and moving into further levels of expansion.
