2 John 1:6 KJV
And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.
What is love? Is love a feeling you feel towards somebody? Yes it is. But that's only a small part of love. Then what is it? Is it the affectionate feeling you feel towards somebody? Absolutely! Love describes affection, but that's not all. Then what at all is love? Love is a strong affection towards the truth, an affection which makes us keep the commandments issued out to keep us in the direction of truth. That's what love is. It is simply a strong affection for the truth.
