*YOUR OWN WORKS*

Proverbs 31:31 KJVS - Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let HER OWN WORKS praise her in the gates.
The Proverbs 31 woman was described as a woman who was very diligent. She worked hard for everything that we see her being praised for. She was not praised for other people’s works. She was praised for her own works. You have to understand that you have to rise up into your own work and give yourself to being fruitful in something that only you can do or have been called to do. Can you show the fruits of your hardwork at the end of your life? Can particular things that have now come into existence be attributed to your industriousness? Decide to work and produce something through your life. Decide to build something from nothing. Decide to create something that wasn’t there before, something praiseworthy. Don’t make up your mind to only be a user of things that other people have made or produced. Ask yourself, “ What have I also produced by my life? When all is said and done, what can I have to show for my life’s work?
Revelation 19:6-8 NIV - ⁶ Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting:
“Hallelujah!
For our Lord God Almighty reigns.
⁷ Let us rejoice and be glad
and give him glory!
For the wedding of the Lamb has come,
and his bride has made herself ready.
⁸ Fine linen, bright and clean,
was given her to wear.”
(Fine linen stands for the RIGHTEOUS ACTS of God’s holy people.)
Decide to have distinct righteous acts or works that you can vividly show at the end of your life that this is what you came to this earth to do, because your righteous acts or the fruit of your hands or life’s work is what will be given you to wear for all eternity. The quality of the work you came to do will match the level of praise that will be accorded you in eternity and even here on earth. Give yourself to the fruit of your hands. Give yourself to the work of your own hands. Focus on your field and bring forth something that you will be thankful for and that you will be praised for, one day.
