*NO WEAPON*
Good Friday with Jesus

Isaiah 54:16-17 KJVS - Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
¹⁷ No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

Every nail that Jesus took on the cross was forged by some blacksmith. The spear that went through his side was created with mind to destroy him when it was used on Him. The vinegar that was served Him was meant to make the experience unforgettably bitter for Him. The crown of thorns was intended to mock at him beyond recovery. The enemy forges weapons to destroy God’s children. As a child of God, you must know this one thing, that though the weapon may be formed, it will not prevail against you or overcome you. The problem is not that the weapon is formed or that it is used on you, the truth is that though it may be used on you, it will not succeed in destroying you or preventing you from doing what God designed for you to do. God has a superior purpose for every weapon the devil forges against His children. And you must allow for God’s purpose to prevail in your life.
John 20:19-20 KJVS - Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
²⁰ And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.

Jesus showed the marks of the nails on His hands and feet and that of the spear in His side. He referred to them when He wanted to prove to His apostles that He was the same person who hung as a curse. Yet at the time that He was showing the marks of the very weapons that were intended to stop Him from moving about or touching people any longer, there He was still moving about, and now in an even more powerfully spiritual and unlimited way, because He was now appearing in rooms without having to open a door. The very nails that were intended to limit his movement had now become the license for His unlimited movements. Amazing! The weapon may be formed, but it will not prosper in its purpose against you because God is the Creator of the ones who create those weapons.
Isaiah 54:16-17 NIV - “See, it is I who created the blacksmith who fans the coals into flame and forges a weapon fit for its work. And it is I who have created the destroyer to wreak havoc;¹⁷ no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the LORD.
Accusations are put together by enemies against you in the secret of the dark so that you will be marked with guilt beyond repair. But the Bible says you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgement. He took it all for you. Jesus has made an excuse for everything that can be used to accuse you. Hold firmly to the excuses made by the Cross for you. You are exempted from every accusation of the enemy. You are beginning to have responses and answers for every single accusation the enemy has against you. Receive the grace to have answers and replies and responses to every pointing finger! You will not be disgraced.
The very weapons that were meant to pronounce poverty (nailed hands) and limitation (nailed feet) and no fruit (pierced side), were the very weapons that lifted Jesus up above all. The creator of the weapon may have a purpose for what they may be forging but the higher truth is that there is a Creator of that creator, and His purpose for the weapons formed are superior. Every thing thrown at you and intended for evil will turn around for your good. Believe it. Rece
