Are you willing to do what it takes to be healed? It’s a question worth considering. Sometimes I wonder if we’d rather live in our pride and our malady, than humble ourselves and find healing. It’s not unlike the story of Naaman, the foreign dignitary with a skin disease who struggle to find healing because it required humbling himself in a way he was not accustomed to doing. The struggle to find healing always involved a humility that requires us to obey in ways we hand never considered.
