It’s one of the most hotly debated texts among scholars in all of the Old Testament. It’s called the seventieth week of Daniel. Much confusion and argument has been had over the centuries regarding these verses from Daniel chapter 9. But what if whatever prophetic implications these verses took a back seat to underscoring the posture of prayer in the life of Daniel the prophet?
