When I was a kid, my Dad made me memorize a definition of obedience. That definition has stuck with me. Obedience is doing what you are told to do, when you are told to do it, with the right heart attitude. That idea of obedience is a challenge for us all isn’t it. On today’s podcast, we’ll continue to learn from Moses recounting of the people’s disobedience and their disastrous consequences. As we learn from their failure, may it promote a godly obedience in us that leads us not to judgment, but to the land of promise.
