One of the things I wished for the most growing up was a big brother. I felt like that if I had someone who was developmentally one or two steps ahead of me, I could learn a lot about what was right and what was wrong and learn to make wiser decisions earlier. Well unfortunately for the children of Judah, that theory did not ring true. In fact, their refusal to heed the cautionary tale of their sister nation, Israel, engendered further scorn upon their rebellious and pretentious lifestyles. We’ll learn about it today in Jeremiah chapter 3.
