Have you ever met someone who just can’t admit when they are wrong? I mean no one really likes to do it, but at some point, you have to just own it repent of it and start over. Otherwise, you will just be heading down a dead end road that leads to destruction. That’s a bit like where the children of Israel as we begin our study into the ministry of Joel. It’s a people who are ravaged by the effects of their own rebellion, and as tough as it to admit, the best thing they can do is just own it, repent, and start over. We’ll see it all unfold together today on the podcast from Joel chapter 1.
