It was the prophet Isaiah who recorded “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," says the Lord. 9 "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.” If you’ve been a Christian for more than a few days, you know the prophet was right. Often God shows up and shows out in the most unlikely circumstances. He does this to prove to us that only He can deliver us. This is precisely what God means to prove to Gideon and to Israel and we learn about it today on our podcast from Judges 7.
