What can history teach us about faith? Well, the answer is quite a lot actually. Because the greatest predictor of future behavior is past behavior. Meaning when something happens consistently in the past, it has a better chance of happening in the future. It is this principle that we should apply to our understand of prophecy in God’s word. Some of it can seem down right absurd, but when we consider the faithfulness of God to His promises already fulfilled in our lives and throughout history, it can fortify our faith in the future promise of God. This truth is uniquely seen in Micah chapter 4, and on today’s podcast, we’ll see God’s realization of part of this prophecy as the evidence of its final fulfillment.
