Everyone's biggest excuse on why they can't make it to the gym is time! So we went ahead and made a podcast specifically about how to create an intense workout when you only have a little bit of time!

Density circuits should be used when you are strapped for time and want to get a quick and intense fat burning workout in! 

These density circuit can be made for beginner, intermediate, and advanced lifters and can be anywhere from 10-30 minutes depending on how much time you have!!
