This is my podcast second episode.
Today’s topic is my doughnuts.
Why did I choose doughnuts?
Because I love it.
In this situation, I couldn’t do my job.
I almost stayed at home this year.
I started cooking meal and sweets.
And my best cooking is doughnuts.
My first doughnuts is so delicious.
Shape is good and taste is very nice.
I made yeast type doughnuts.
And I was into doughnuts from the time I made it.
And I kept making doughnuts every month.
I became making yeast doughnuts, chocolate doughnuts, and many kind of doughnuts.
And Some friends and neighbers ate my doughnuts.
They said this doughnuts is delicious.
You should sell them.
I was glad to hear that.
I thought I want to sell someday for my shop.
Why did I make doughnuts?
Because when I was a child, I wanted to be a baker.
My parents and brothers love bread.
yeah, me too.
I always ate some bread at all times.
And I always make bread souvenirs for my parents.
When I was a college student, I stated part-time job in a bakery.
It was good experience.
But this job is so hard.
I waked up 4 or 5 a.m, I started job.
And then I finished my work, I went to my univercity.
And I studied in my school.
And then finished, I came back my bakery shop.
It’s so hard.
I need strong physical strength to become a bakery.
I gave up my dream.
Doughnuts are so nice.
I was fun making doughnuts.
I could make it whenever I wanted.
I opened my doughnuts shop on November.
Many peopele came to my shop.
And my donuts were sold out until 1 hour after opening.
That's really bad.
But this experience is very good.
The next time I open the store, I will have to prepare the donuts variations and stuff.
