Molly Bahr is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, licensed in both Florida and Hawaii. In her practice, she takes a collaborative and trauma- informed approach with clients so they can heal and live fuller, bigger, more meaningful lives.
Molly is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and practices from a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective-- a body and weight inclusive model that supports body diversity. HAES aligned providers know that weight is not a good indicator of health and focusing on it is unhelpful and can be harmful.
