Description

Tune in for a rich and honest exploration of self-intimacy, and the story of how Jessamyn ‘stayed close to herself’ throughout her recovery. Addiction can carry such a big stigma, which is why Jessamyn is committed to sharing her story and living her sobriety ‘out loud’ to help dissolve the shame and open the channels for healing conversations.

Quote in episode from “Compassion,” a poem by Miller Williams:

“You do not know what wars are going on down there where the spirit meets the bone.”
