Non-negotiables are that which is not open to discussion or amendment. We can use non-negotiables as we define what we can and can not, what we will and will not, allow into our space as we grieve and try to heal.
They can also be used to create physical, emotional and spiritual space to bring you peace and a quiet space to hear God.
