Description

This week's guest is, Tiffany VonOrff, she was a born and raised Southern California girl who started wrenching at the age of 16 which was closely followed by cruising the boulevard in low riders…which turned into going to car shows and then joining a car club.  That evolution is where the welding came from. Modifying vehicles is what everyone did in the clubs so that lead her to walking into a custom suspension shop after a divorce and she never left. Co-owner and MIG apprentice after 2 years and that was in 2010.  She went on to get formal education, worked on major structural contracts and then private teaching and then as a college Instructor. All those experiences prepared her for the Welding Women Syndicate as a active advocate for women in the welding industry and founder of the company.  Instagram : @welding_women_syndicate  Website: Weldingwomensyndicate.com
