Welcome to the Recovering Perfectionist Podcast. My name is Christine and I’m a life balance coach in constant pursuit of a more efficient lifestyle full of life-changing experiences.
I’m a recovering Perfectionist who grew up in the world of sparkles and spray tans, also known as ballroom dancing. I became a World Champion at the age of 21 and learned a lot about society’s unrealistic expectations to be perfect in order to succeed and how it really feels when you get everything you think you wanted.
This is a space for us to feel all the feels, be perfectly imperfect and develop sustainable habits to create a happier and more balanced life.
You know that feeling of being on the hamster wheel, having a never-ending To Do list, not prioritizing YOUR self care, trying to be everything for everyone and still not feeling enough? That’s the feeling I want to help you eliminate.
I believe we all deserve to live in abundance and develop tools to manage stress, not just learn to deal with it. The acceptance of ourselves and desire to evolve while not trying to change others but understanding that we can only change our reactions is what I believe creates a life worth traveling through with very little checked baggage.
I’m hoping that together we can level up our habits, health and mindset and raise our energetic vibrations. Everyone has their own pattern of behaviors they “groove” to and I think it’s time for a new groove. So get ready to pop that perfectionist bubble society has conditioned us to maintain, and start choreographing our very own life by design!
