This week we chatted with Lowri from FlowFree coaching. As a professional kayak coach and freestyle guru, Lowri's passion is playing on the river. She's competed at the top level in freestyle kayaking and has paddled some of the biggest volume rivers in the world, including thousands of laps on her local run, the Dee-bezi.
