Linnea Ronning is a junior at Hastings High School and will be a 2026 Raider graduate. During her time at HHS, she has participated in Cross Country, Nordic Skiing, and Track and Field. In cross country, she is a three year letter winner and won the conference tournament during her freshman year and was named all-conference during her sophomore year . She is also a two time state qualifier, taking 2nd in sections and 39th in the state during her freshman year and 5th in sections and 48th at state during her sophomore year. During her freshman year, she also broke the school record with a time of 18:52. Currently, she is the captain of the cross country team and won the conference title during her junior year. In nordic skiing, Linnea took 6th in the conference during her sophomore year earning All-Conference recognition. In track and field, she will earn her fourth varsity letter this season. During her freshman year, Linnea has earned All-Conference honorable mentions in multiple races such the 1600 and 3200 meters while earning All-Conference honors in the 3200 during her sophomore year.
