Jeff Corkish is the Co-Chair of the Health & Human Performance Department at Hastings High School. Throughout his 22-year educational career, he has taught nearly every course offered including Health 9 and 10, SPARQ, and every kind of elective class. He led a departmental redesign that shifted the focus to lifelong fitness, and differentiated options by interest and gender, all of which have resulted in significantly higher enrollment, retention and results in HP courses over the last decade. Jeff was a college hockey player, college Graduate Assistant Coach, and for 17 years he was the Head Girls Hockey Coach at HHS for 17 years. He is an honored member of the MN Girls Hockey Coaching Hall of Fame. Jeff and his spouse Laura are proud parents of three children who are all active in youth sports.
