Luisa is back with us again. Her message today is that we all have creativity in us. We choose our clothes, how our hair looks, our home décor and so many other things every day that require us to be creative. Anything that brings us joy, makes us think outside of the box and brings us back to ourselves is creativity, even if we're not producing something or doing a particular activity.
For those of you like Luisa who spend a lot of the working week on a screen, you may prefer to do something creative away from a screen. Cooking is a creative outlet for a lot of people, even though they might not see it as such, and is away from a screen (even if you are checking an online recipe most of the time you are not on the screen).
Getting a balance between creative time and earning money, as well as creative time on and away from a screen, is a balance and where that lies is different for everyone. Do what is right for you because what you learn about yourself in your creative endeavours will inevitably filter into other areas of your life.
