Following on from last week when I asked "Can women really have it all?", in this episode I am talking about the heavy load of doing all the thinking that, I think, largely falls on women.
I start off talking about the mind, body and soul connection and how listening to our inner self (rather than the voice in our head which is largely fuelled by external influences) can help us make more aligned decisions. I then move on to talk about the heavy duty thinking that is often required before action is taken and how that tends to fall to women. We think about all the things that need to be done and when they need doing by but it is the actual action that gets recognition whilst the heavy duty thinking goes unnoticed. I think that needs to change. What do you think?
