This episode was inspired by an innocent comment someone made about my skin. It seems my skin looks younger than my age while my silver hair makes me look older. I'm sure we all have ideas about what we "should" look like at a certain age and the way we view others will be shaped by those ideas. I wonder, though, does that make the ageing process more tricky to navigate as we try to counter what we think others will think of us? Would it be nicer if we could age into who we are and be confident and happy with who that is? Are we more used to thinking how other people see us rather than working out how we see ourselves?
I'm really interested and I'd love to know what you think. Let me know.
