Recently, I experienced the early signs of burnout. I have suffered burnout several times before and I now know the early signs for me. This is the first time I have stopped and taken stock at an early stage and I'm so glad I did. That's why I've done an episode about burnout and it's close relatives overwhelm and stress.
I had to decide if it's the work I'm doing or the way I'm doing that needs to change and luckily I realised it's the way I'm doing. That is such a relief after 2 years of working in and on my own business. I've stripped back the things I do as I've been doing too much and as a result not concentrating on anything properly. I'm now doing this podcast, writing and working with my clients. The podcast is on YouTube as well now so I can reach more people.
