I start this episode telling you the story of my sickly plant and end with telling you that no-one is more important than you. It's true.
If you don't look after yourself then you're not going to be able to look after others so by always putting others first not only are you not there for yourself but overtime you will be less able to be there for others. Nursing my poorly plant back to health, once I knew what it needed, clearly demonstrated to me my own journey of working out my own needs and making sure they get met.
How many of us tend to the needs of others instead of our own? And how many feel frustrated, overwhelmed, taken for granted, angry? I felt all those things but now I have learned to put myself first, my life is full of moments of joy. I want the same for you.
